2) Environmental Justice - How can we best ensure the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all Marin residents with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies?

3) Racial Inequity - Marin Country ranks as the first most racially disparate county in California, according to the recent "Race Counts" study. How do you propose that we begin to improve this alarming ranking?
