Virtual Town Hall on the Drought with Assemblyman Marc Levine

Along with exceptionally dry conditions over the last decade, there's no doubt that we are experiencing the devastating effects of climate change on the west coast. Naturally, many residents who have already been conservative about their water usage are wondering how else they can reduce their drought impact.
